You are a true fan of mulled wine and count down the days until you can enjoy it once again? You do not need to ̶ just smack the taste of mulled wine into a cake! No matter the season with the Mulled Wine Cake you get the special flavour on your plate whenever you like. This recipe instructs you how quickly and easily you make the Mulled Wine Cake in the Petromax Ring Cake Pan.


1. Whisk the butter and add sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Add the eggs one by one and beat well.

3. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and cocoa and then slowly add the mulled wine. Finally add the sprinkles and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the greased Ring Cake Pan.

4. Bake for 60 minutes.

  • 200 g sugar

  • 125 ml mulled wine
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cocoa
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
