Colourful Mix from the Dutch Oven | The Petromax Recipe
It’s getting mixed in the pot: Stews are no longer boring, especially when we add some colour and healthy ingredients. The Colourful Stew from the Dutch Oven is made quickly and is liked by small and big adventurers alike. In this recipe we show you how easily the Colourful Stew is prepared in the Dutch Oven.
1. Cut all ingredients into large pieces, then roast the onions and sausage pieces in the Dutch Oven in some olive oil.
2. Add courgettes, carrots and some salt, then let cook with the lid closed.
3. Finally, add bell pepper and tomatoes, season to taste and add some water, if needed. Let the stew cook with the lid closed until the vegetables are soft and can be squashed slightly with the spoon.
