Dutch Oven Size


  • 400 g flour
  • 700 g apples
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 g nuts (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Cut the apples into small pieces and mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the other ingredients and blend to a smooth batter. 

  2. Pour the batter into the Loaf Pan and bake with closed lid for about 65 minutes. Use 3 briquettes below and 7 briquettes on top of the loaf pan. 

Tip: Use a wooden skewer to test if the bread is done and extend the baking time if necessary.
