Our apple bread is fruity, fresh and is guaranteed to make a big impression. We’ll show you how to make the perfect apple bread quickly and easily in the Petromax K8 loaf pan.
Ingredients
- 800 g flour
- 1400 g apples
- 300 g sugar
- 500 g nuts (to taste)
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 packs baking powder
- 2 pinches of salt
Preparation
- Cut the apples into small pieces and mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the other ingredients and blend to a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into the Loaf Pan and bake with closed lid for about 65 minutes. Use 3 briquettes below and 7 briquettes on top of the loaf pan.
Tip: Use a wooden skewer to test if the bread is done and extend the baking time if necessary.
