Ingredients
- 300 g pumpkin (dices)
- 3 tbsp. water
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
- Sauté the pumpkin flesh in water, then purée and leave to cool.
- Mix the flour with the yeast, add the rest of the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough for at least 5 minutes. Now leave to rise for 45 minutes.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and knead again, then form into a loaf shape. Put the loaf into the greased Loaf Pan, close the lid and bake for a good 30 minutes.
