Ingredients

  • 600 g pumpkin (dices) 
  • 6 tbsp. water 
  • 1000 g wheat flour 
  • 2 packs dry yeast 
  • 4 tbsp. honey 
  • 6 tbsp. milk 
  • 200 ml sunflower oil 
  • 2 tsp. salt

Preparation

  1. Sauté the pumpkin flesh in water, then purée and leave to cool.

  2. Mix the flour with the yeast, add the rest of the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough for at least 5 minutes. Now leave to rise for 45 minutes.

  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and knead again, then form into a loaf shape. Put the loaf into the greased Loaf Pan, close the lid and bake for a good 30 minutes.
