You like pumpkin bread - so what do you think of pumpkin bread with a natural yellow colouring? This bread is not only eye-catching but also a genuine hit in terms of flavour too. We’ll show you how to make this pumpkin bread quickly and easily in the Petromax Loaf Pan k8.
- 600 g pumpkin (dices)
- 6 tbsp. water
- 1000 g wheat flour
- 2 packs dry yeast
- 4 tbsp. honey
- 6 tbsp. milk
- 200 ml sunflower oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- Sauté the pumpkin flesh in water, then purée and leave to cool.
- Mix the flour with the yeast, add the rest of the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough for at least 5 minutes. Now leave to rise for 45 minutes.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and knead again, then form into a loaf shape. Put the loaf into the greased Loaf Pan, close the lid and bake for a good 30 minutes.
