Funfair, Schützenfest or German Christmas Market – all these won’t do for you without a savoury Mushroom Pan with garlic sauce? With our Mushroom Pan you take home the typical German Christmas Market aroma, as you can easily make the Mushroom Pan yourself. In this recipe we show you how to prepare mushrooms with the Griddle and Fire Bowl in such a way that you will no longer need any kind of mushroom booth on a fair.


  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions (large)
  • pepper powder, salt & pepper

For the sauce: 

  • 150 g soft cheese with cream & 50 g soft cheese with herbs, 
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 garlic cloves


1. Clean the mushrooms and dice the onions. Roast and season as desired.

2. For the Sauce: Stir soft cheese and milk in a bowl, press garlic and mix in. Leave to stand the cheese-garlic mix for a while and add as sauce to the mushrooms in the pan.
