The percolator principle makes the taste unique
The way the percolator works is simple but convincing: inside the pot there is a device with a tube and sieve container for coffee or tea powder. The boiling water rises in the tube and runs through the permeable lid into the beverage powder, absorbing aromatic substances and mixing with the remaining water. Thus, the flavor becomes more intense the longer the water circulates in the percolator: The principle releases even the finest nuances of flavor from tea and coffee. You can watch the entire process through the glass knob in the lid.
The stainless steel percolator is available in two sizes. The small version holds about 1.5 liters and the large version holds about 3 liters of pure coffee or tea enjoyment.
